Terms and Conditions

• All students must bring their own styling tools (a styling tool list will be emailed to you)
• Ticket sales are final and strictly non refundable unless canceled by the organiser.
• Non-transferable to any other date unless done so by Yvana Sanders
• Should the student not be able to attend, an option to transfer to another student can be arranged with the approval of Yvana Sanders. 
• If for any reason Yvana is unable to fulfill the booked Masterclass it will be rescheduled to another date. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible ahead of the booking if this occurs. 
• A confirmation to proceed email will be sent out two weeks prior to the event. 
• Students are encouraged to book transport and accommodation with an option to change or cancel, in case of unforeseeable circumstances.
• Where payment for tickets is made over weekly payments, all payments made are strictly non-refundable.
• Ticket booking will remain incomplete until all payments are made. Please ensure that funds are available so that your ticket booking remains secure.
• In the event that a weekly payment fails, you should receive an email regarding the failure. We will also contact you ASAP.
