Bridal Masterclass Northern Ireland May 2nd 2024

With more than 24 years’ industry experience, Yvana’s journey has taken her from salon apprentice to specialised bridal hair stylist — one that is internationally recognised for her romantic, airy styles and coveted ‘effortless’ finish that, in reality, requires incredible skill and eye for detail. 

Yvana works with a small number of bridal clients but is now largely focused on education, offering 1:1 coaching sessions and masterclasses across New Zealand, Australia and now in Northen Ireland.

Yvana has had big dreams of becoming New Zealand’s leading bridal hair educator, and that she has!

Successfully running 5 sold out classes a year, travelling around New Zealand and now Australia, no dreams are too big. Her passion is what drives her. You only need to look at her instagram and fall in love with her style. 

Yvana’s style is a mix of refined elegance & wild texture. Soft, airy, romance… with a touch of femme fatale.

How the day will run

• 10am- look 1
• 11.30- look 2
• 1pm- look 3 
• 2.30- lunch break
• 3-5 hands on

She will be creating 3 of her most requested looks

What you will learn

• Understand why preparation is so important, and how she prepares different hair types.
• Using the correct tools and products when, how and why.
• Creating balance with different face shapes.
• Mapping out the style.
• Invisible pinning.
• How to control frizz on textured updos 
• How to personalise each style to give it that wow factor
• Social media skills - how she takes photo & videos with different lighting.

You will need a model or mannequin if you choose to do the optional hands on element.

Yvana will be there to help guide you through your style, making sure you can confidently walk away knowing how to recreate our styles.
